Mark Macfarlane
Chief Executive Todd EnergyMark completed a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) at the University of Melbourne in 1987 and joined ExxonMobil in Victoria. Over the next 10 years Mark held a number of roles in projects, operations, planning and sub-surface in both Australia and Malaysia.
In 1997, Mark joined Santos and over the next 14 years, he held a range of management and executive roles culminating in becoming the Vice-President of Eastern Australia, before becoming CEO of Gladstone LNG based in Queensland in 2010.
In 2013, Mark joined Tullow Oil, based in Ghana, as Director, Development and Operations and was subsequently appointed Executive Vice President, Africa, based in London.
Immediately prior to joining Todd Energy, Mark held of the role of Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for Tullow Oil’s HSE, exploration, operated and non-operated businesses, and commercial activities.
Mark, his wife and their son relocated from London to New Plymouth in January 2021. Their three daughters currently remain in the UK where they are completing their university education.

Brett Isenor
General Manager MarokopaBrett has more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, having held a number of senior drilling and completion roles across the world. Before joining Todd Energy, Brett was a senior manager at Repsol and Talisman Energy, both in Canada and Malaysia, and with Shell Canada.
In his role as GM Marokopa, Brett is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all drilling, completions and well entry operations, both internally and externally, and for the development and delivery of Todd's external well services business.
Brett has a Bachelor of Science degree from Acadia University and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.

David Bradley
General Manager Health, Safety & EnvironmentDavid has held various international management positions for Halliburton in Health, Safety, Environment and Service Quality (HSE/SQ). He has 29 years experience in broad range of HSE/SQ functions during his career, including developing and implementing systems, behaviour based safety performance programmes, and risk management.
David holds a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Hygiene.

Maurice Gilmour
General Manager OperationsTaranaki born and bred, Maurice has more than 35 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, both locally and overseas.
Maurice started his career with the Shell BP Todd joint venture, which subsequently became Shell Todd Oil Services (STOS), in 1986, holding a number of roles in the maintenance and operations space. Since then, he has worked both on and offshore, with a particular focus on Production Team Leadership, Operations and Capability and Field Management roles.
Maurice joined Todd Energy in 2017 following the company’s acquisition of Shell’s 50% of the Kapuni natural gas field, and was appointed to the role of General Manager, Production and Maintenance, in 2021.
In his current role, Maurice is responsible for leading all energy operation teams across Todd Energy and Nova Energy to ensure safe and efficient production across all of Todd's energy assets.
