Todd Energy’s restoration of the Kapuni Awa (Stream) after a large flood has been recognised with an Environmental Leadership in Business award.

Mangahewa Stream regeneration by Otaraua Hapū
This winter, Otaraua Hapū led a project to regenerate biodiversity at the Mangahewa Stream near Todd’s
McKee Mangahewa Production Station (MMPS) carpark.
Commenced by Todd Energy in 2019 with planting and fencing of the Stream margin, this integrated biodiversity project is now being conducted by Otaraua Hapū on behalf of Todd.

Catching rats at Everett Park; Todd Energy supports the East Taranaki Environmental Collective’s expansion project
Located 8 km east of Inglewood, the Everett Park Scenic Reserve sits on the banks of the Manganui River. It’s a popular swimming, walking and fishing spot where many of us have happy memories playing in the river or exploring the bush.

Trees for Survival is coming to Taranaki
Thirty years ago, at an international Rotary conference Trees for Survival was born.
The premise was simple; enable school children to grow native plants and restore their natural environment using them.

Matapu School and the Taranaki Regional Council release Tradescantia Leaf Beetles into McDonald’s Glen
McDonald’s Glen is a 1.2 ha bush remnant located on the Kapuni Stream near Todd’s Kapuni J wellsite. The Glen has a high biodiversity value locally, and is being restored by Todd Energy, Matapu School and the Taranaki Regional Council (TRC).
