Todd announces new Vice President NZ Upstream Energy
Dr Joanna Breare will join the Todd Corporation as Vice President New Zealand Upstream Energy on 18 August, Todd Group Chief Executive Officer Jon Young said today.
“Joanna brings a wealth of local and international experience which will support Todd’s growth strategy for its upstream business. Joanna’s extensive experience in geoscience, exploration, development and reservoir management makes her a worthy addition to Todd’s senior leadership,” Jon Young said.
“Joanna will be joining Todd from Shell Todd Oil Services where she has held several senior positions, most recently that of Exploration and Development Manager. Joanna has more than 20 years’ industry experience, the majority of it with Shell’s exploration and production business in New Zealand.”
Dr Breare will be based in the Todd Energy office in New Plymouth.
The leadership change for Todd’s New Zealand upstream operations is a result of Todd’s emerging North American interests. Executive Vice President Upstream Energy & Resources and Todd Energy CEO, Paul Moore, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Todd Energy International. He will be based in the USA and will be responsible for Todd Energy’s activities outside of New Zealand.
